Services Policy for Private Classes, Coaching, and Tutoring

The following policy outlines the terms and conditions of our agreement to ensure a clear, mutual understanding between instructor and client.

Scheduling and Session Details

  1. Booking Sessions: Sessions must be booked at least one week in advance to ensure availability and adequate preparation time.
  2. Session Duration: Each session typically lasts between 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the program selected and your specific needs.
  3. Frequency of Sessions: Frequency and number of sessions can be tailored to meet your goals and schedule. Options range from weekly to bi-monthly sessions.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  1. Notice Requirement: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
  2. Late Cancellations and No Shows: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or in cases of a no-show, will incur a fee equivalent to 100% of the session cost.
  3. Rescheduling: We understand that unexpected changes can occur. We allow rescheduling of sessions provided that 24 hours’ notice is given, subject to availability.

Payment Terms

  1. Fees: Fees for sessions are discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking. Payment is required at least 48 hours in advance of the session to secure your slot.
  2. Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or through online payment platforms.
  3. Refunds: In the event of a cancellation by ClarkeCurran.com, a full refund will be issued. Refunds for client cancellations will be provided only if the cancellation notice is given more than 24 hours in advance.

Confidentiality and Professional Conduct

  1. Confidentiality: All discussions and information shared during sessions will be kept confidential between the client and the coach.
  2. Professional Conduct: Both parties agree to maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Respectful communication and adherence to scheduled session times are expected.
